I am a PhD candidate in Political Science at Columbia University, and a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. My work examines co-produced and informal administration at the margins of the state, with a regional specialization in Latin America and the United States. I use observational designs for causal inference to study these questions. Prior to graduate school, I worked with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace as a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow.

My work is published in the Annual Review of Political Science, npj Vaccines, PLoS ONE, PS: Political Science & Politics, and the Washington Post.
